Great car buying experience I went in to look at a particular car, with the fear either the car would not be available, or the sales person would try to get me to buy a different I went in to look at a particular car, with the fear either the car would not be available, or the sales person would try to get me to buy a different car. Totally opposite experience! Natalyya Renaudin was great in making sure the car was still available and kept the key with her so that I could take it for a test drive. She was so positive and upbeat the entire time - from the test drive through all of the paperwork, and was extremely personable. I found out later that another friend of mine who purchased a Soul several months ago, had her for a sales person and thought she was wonderful. So four thumbs up! Even the finance part was a pleasant experience. To make it even better, I love my car. I would definitely recommend Halleen Kia, and specifically Natalyya Renaudin. More

Great experience from beginning to end. Excellent dealership. I initially talked to Phyllis, and she was lovely and understanding. At the dealership, I immediately met with Josh and he was v Excellent dealership. I initially talked to Phyllis, and she was lovely and understanding. At the dealership, I immediately met with Josh and he was very patient as I looked over the car. He answered all the questions I had at all phases of the transaction. He gave me his personal number so I could keep him posted with changes to my schedule and what was coming up. He made the steps I had to take very clear, and advocated for me to others. Oleg was also very informative and understanding when it came to actually handling money and signing paperwork. On the other hand, I have no good words about Jay from financing- he was pushy, questioned my decisions, and made me explain those decisions even though I never asked for his input. Overall though, an excellent experience that I will remember forever. I look forward to recommending this dealership to others. More
