We left two dealerships disappointed and was prepared to accept that we needed to wait. When Cook reached out, something felt different with the intent behind the conversation. My husband and I took a chanc accept that we needed to wait. When Cook reached out, something felt different with the intent behind the conversation. My husband and I took a chance and went to see him and what an awesome decision. We were able to get out from a bad situation with minimal negative equity as life had forced some choices upon us.
