Our first experience of buying a Lexus from Treasure Coast Lexus was excellent. We have been driving Lexus for 15 years. Treasure Coast Lexus had the car we wanted in transit and we reached out via webs Coast Lexus was excellent. We have been driving Lexus for 15 years. Treasure Coast Lexus had the car we wanted in transit and we reached out via website. Jean Berrette(JB) reached out to us and proceeded with purchase order and buy out of trade/in. JB informed us daily of cars status in transit and upon arrival which was time JB estimated. The buying process was seamless from JB giving us a tour of dealership to Marc patiently going through car’s technology and business office completing financing. Everything JB promised was delivered. We were quite impressed with the dealership facilities. We highly recommend JB. He was a pleasure to work with. More

While we were in finance The detail guys scratched our car up a little bit. After getting home we noticed it right away as we got out of the car in the garage. I sent a picture and they said to bring it b car up a little bit. After getting home we noticed it right away as we got out of the car in the garage. I sent a picture and they said to bring it back up, now the manager says the cars are sold as is, and they do not want to do anything about it . The sales experience and the finance experience or as to be expected, usual haggling back-and-forth a little and then the deal was done. However, was done while we were signing papers not a good business practice. More
