The work done was fine but I believe that better guidance could be given. I had timing belt changed and was informed that I needed to have the oil pump gasket changed. Why couldn’t this have been done duri could be given. I had timing belt changed and was informed that I needed to have the oil pump gasket changed. Why couldn’t this have been done during the timing belt work. The gasket issue had been mentioned before and the fact that it wasn’t proposed leaves many doubts about Acura PP. More

My service writer, Jean Louis, is the BEST. My friends that use him rave about him, too. The service center is wonderful. It is clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Issues with the vehicle that necessitated a service appointment are always taken care of. Whenever I have a service appointment, I bring a book, a cell phone, and a phone charger - expecting to be there for a while. I never am. The car is serviced very quickly. and returned to me looking "showroom new." More

The service was amazing, and I did not have to wait long to get my car back. My service advisor ( J. Louis) was courteous and professional.
