Jean Louis, my service advisor was professional and courteous. He kept me informed and provided a loaner since my vehicle needed a part that needed to be ordered and it took a week to get my vehicle b courteous. The only thing that bothered me was that in the waiting area a lady decided to lay down on the sofa very close to where I was sitting, took her mask off and sneezed.
