He always calls to make sure I am happy with my car and to see if I have any questions. The dealership it self is excellent, always friendly and courteous, great service. Jim Satalino (along with newbie to the business, Dylan Strong) took care of me through the whole process. I appreciate and am thankful for their knowledge and expertise and would recommend ANYONE needing or wanting a vehicle to call or stop in and see Jim anytime! More

Not the stereotype dealership experience! I am a widow at the end of my lease. I know what I want and how much I can spend. Haggling? Frustration? anxiety? Not with Gates Nissan. Paul Baco I am a widow at the end of my lease. I know what I want and how much I can spend. Haggling? Frustration? anxiety? Not with Gates Nissan. Paul Bacon was right on it...finding me the car that fit my needs and wants at the price I wanted to pay. All the salesmen and the finance managers are friendly and professional. As for service, I’ve been a customer of Gates since 2003, their service department is excellent. Prices are like every dealership service department but, if you are in the waiting room, you are in your living room with snacks! Service technicians are professionals and get the job done right the first time. And, the kicker is that your car comes back to you straight from the car wash next door. I do recommend the dealership to my friends and family. More
