Recent repair of my 1996 Lexus L400 Recently I purchased a 1996 Lexus L 400 from Anderson Lexus of Rockford. I bought it with no warranty due to its age. When I was washing it after a Recently I purchased a 1996 Lexus L 400 from Anderson Lexus of Rockford. I bought it with no warranty due to its age. When I was washing it after a few days of purchase, I noticed that the right front tire had a bulge in it. I took the car back to Lexus and spoke with Jeff Ahlquist about the problem. He arranged for me to receive a new tire at no cost to me and the repair was completed within just a few days as they ordered a new tire to match all of my other three tires. Jeff had helped me previously on a Buick that I purchased from Anderson Toyota and I returned to him for assistance as he was so helpful when I had a ventilation problem with that car. I can't say enough good about Jeff--he gets a 5-star rating from me! More

Ranked in customer service for a reason I could go on about the experience I had today, but ill keep it short. From the moment I dropped off my car, Jeff was very responsive to my needs. He set me up with a courtesy vehicle while they conducted a recall and further diagnosed a problem I was having with my battery. A few hours later my car was finished with the following services done; recall done, battery replaced under warranty, fully washed and gas tank filled, all at no cost to me. Often times with other dealerships you sacrifice quality when you don't pay for services but with Lexus of Rockford that is not the case. Hands down the best dealership around and don't get me started about the beautiful RX courtesy car they put me in! More

Prompt, Friendly, and Expert Service I came in unannounced in need of a repair and Jeff kindly and helpfully made sure my car was fixed and ready fast. I realize that an appointment is generally needed and appreciated and so I was thankful when Lexus of Rockford provided top quality customer service on the spot. Went above and beyond my expectations I had an issue that needed adjustment pertaining to the vented seats. Jeff Ahlquist and Grant, one of the service technicians, worked together to make sure no stone was left unturned to maximize performance. Grant did some "thinking outside the box" to create a fix that seems quite effective. They were both very nice and resolved my issue. Thank you! More

Fixing a ventilation problem that I couldn't fix! I did not know Jeff at all when I took my 2002 Buick LeSabre in for a ventilation problem but I left that day feeling like we were old friends. He ca I did not know Jeff at all when I took my 2002 Buick LeSabre in for a ventilation problem but I left that day feeling like we were old friends. He called me a couple of times during the day to give me updates on fixing the problem. The price was very reasonable for the work performed and it was a one-day service from start to finish. I was very pleased that I took the car back to Anderson's (where it was purchased) to have the work done. I will definitely return if further service is needed or when I purchase another vehicle. Thanks again Jeff for helping me and for spending the time that you did with me after the repair and the paperwork were completed. The car is blowing ice-cold air and from all of the right places. Need Parking Sensors reset Following an accident that damaged both front and rear bumpers, I needed to have the parking sensors reset. Jeff Ahlquist was my Service Manager. Ev Following an accident that damaged both front and rear bumpers, I needed to have the parking sensors reset. Jeff Ahlquist was my Service Manager. Even though I was less than charitable in my initial phone contact with Jeff, he treated me with professionalism and kindness. I had experienced a bad couple of days in getting everything fixed, but the body shop where I had my work done did not have the capability to reset my sensors. So I was short and curt with Jeff when I called to make the appointment, but regretted my attitude once I calmed down. Jeff graciously accepted my apology for my rudeness, and made a friend at Lexus for me forever. Kudos to a professional in all respects. And the final grace was no charge! More
