Ev Following an accident that damaged both front and rear bumpers, I needed to have the parking sensors reset. Jeff Ahlquist was my Service Manager. Even though I was less than charitable in my initial phone contact with Jeff, he treated me with professionalism and kindness. I had experienced a bad couple of days in getting everything fixed, but the body shop where I had my work done did not have the capability to reset my sensors. So I was short and curt with Jeff when I called to make the appointment, but regretted my attitude once I calmed down. Jeff graciously accepted my apology for my rudeness, and made a friend at Lexus for me forever. Kudos to a professional in all respects. And the final grace was no charge! More

Great Service! Lexus of Rockford provides great a fast service. Getting a loaner car while your car is being serviced is easy. They call you when your car is done Lexus of Rockford provides great a fast service. Getting a loaner car while your car is being serviced is easy. They call you when your car is done and if they find something else that may need attention. They are not pushy, sometimes I've had to postpone some service until the next service appointment but if it is not a major problem, they work with you. This is my 2nd Lexus RX-350 through this dealer, hoping to get my 3rd one through this dealer in the next year!! More
