Excellent Service We've dealt with Lexus of Rockford since 2000 when we bought our first Lexus, RX300, which still runs great. In 2015 we bought another Lexus, NX 200t We've dealt with Lexus of Rockford since 2000 when we bought our first Lexus, RX300, which still runs great. In 2015 we bought another Lexus, NX 200t F Sport. Ben Bleed was our salesman and was very helpful in explaining all the accessories on the car. We have dealt with Jeff Ahlquist since 2000 and appreciate the great service we have received from him and the whole service department. Brian Nelson is a great asset to the company and did a good job in driving our 2000 Lexus to our house when it was in for an overnight repair. We will continue to buy our cars from this dealership and will tell all our friends who are in the market for a car to go here. More

Awesome experience I brought my 07 Lexus ES350 in for normal service I was happy the minute I walked in the door. Brian was there to greet me and Jeff came out to help m I brought my 07 Lexus ES350 in for normal service I was happy the minute I walked in the door. Brian was there to greet me and Jeff came out to help me he helped me get my phone programmed then wrote me up and got me in to a loaner car they had the car all gassed and warmed up for me. I couldn't be any happier with the service department here they are fantastic and do an awesome job I will keep returning and recommend this dealer. More
