Alwasy great to work with. Service is always great. Sales and service are great. The dealership is warm and inviting. great service excellent crew I took my lexus es350 in there for a check engine light and routine maintenance jeff ahlquist helped me he was kind and courteous he even got me a ren I took my lexus es350 in there for a check engine light and routine maintenance jeff ahlquist helped me he was kind and courteous he even got me a rental car to use for the day and when he called to give me my quote on fixing the car he even through in a coupon and got vehicle done pretty good they even washed and vacummed it i will always return to lexus of Rockford for service More

Most excellent service I've purchased and serviced two Lexus cars at this dealership. I love my Lexus RX, but truthfully, when I was looking for a new car, I also liked Audi I've purchased and serviced two Lexus cars at this dealership. I love my Lexus RX, but truthfully, when I was looking for a new car, I also liked Audi and Mercedes. The tiebreaker - what made me buy a Lexus - was the excellence of the service department at Lexus of Rockford. Even with a luxury brand, a few cars are going to have serious problems. Many will have minor problems. All cars need regular maintenance. The dealer service department, therefore, is crucially important in the experience of car ownership. I bought a Lexus because of the superb reputation (online and word of mouth) of Lexus of Rockford's service department. They have never disappointed me. Each time I've undergone service, I've been able to promptly schedule it around my day. With a day's notice, they always have a loner Lexus available and ready to go. Checking in the car and getting a loner car before work takes all of five minutes. If I want to wait while my car is being serviced, there is a comfortable waiting area with beverages, light snacks, even a quiet area with free Wi-Fi. The service has always been done correctly the first time. Everything is well-explained, and the bill is itemized and easy to read. They can always answer whatever questions arise. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous and approachable. I would never take my car anywhere else. More

You make sure everything is going Ok for me. Lexus is a first class act. I love my car and would only purchase a Lexus for the care and kindness you all give. Lexus is above all the rest. Thank you for treating my car along with me with the utmost respect. I only have good things to say about you. Thanks again and my car ran great today while I drove it home. Lovin my RX 350 I previously owned a 2001 RX 300 and was coming to the realization that she was going to have to be replaced. Came in and was immediately set up with I previously owned a 2001 RX 300 and was coming to the realization that she was going to have to be replaced. Came in and was immediately set up with a RX 350 to test drive. What a tease! 2 days later I'm ordering my very own RX 350. The guys at Lexus work as a team and are very knowledgeable, from pricing and leasing to what the car can do-there isn't anything the 350 cannot do though. I was very comfortable dealing with everyone. Big shout out to Randy Alex and Chris Beto. They were so helpful, kind and generous with their time. Chris reassured me that any questions about my car to not hesitate coming in, calling, email, text that they would be there for support. Big THANKS to you guys.
