Would have given 5 stars, but our interaction with Scott Allen, the used car manager, was disgusting. While negotiating to get a fair price for our trade in, he was nothing but condescending, disrespectful and basically told us to f-off (in so many words), mind you we were purchasing an $85k truck from this dealer. If it wasn't for Jeff, I would have walked from the deal based on principle. The ownership should really review this guy's character as he is a very poor representative for their business, someone like that would never work for me. More

My salesman Jeff Bennett was awesome. I had a problem with the price of the car after I bought it because KBB was saying my car was worth $5,000 less than what I purchased it for. Jeff we I had a problem with the price of the car after I bought it because KBB was saying my car was worth $5,000 less than what I purchased it for. Jeff went above and beyond and went to the same website and found that my car was actually valued more than what I purchased it for. Employees like this are hard to be found or replaced because they go the extra mile. They're what keeps customers satisfied and word of mouth going positively through the community. I'm glad that Jeff was recommended to me and he did a killer job. Being a single woman in a new town it's hard to trust people especially car dealers haha. I now believe that I've made a good choice and I'll be back for my incentives of oil change and tire rotation. Thank you for all you do. Annette Oglevee More
