We ordered it in February and received the delivery in May, so a pretty quick fulfillment. Plenty of ordering incentives, and a generous trade value. Bob, Jeff and Roger could not have made the process easier - efficient, great communication, friendly and no pressure - other dealerships should take note. And the Service Department is awesome too. I am rather old (75) so I did most of my initial shopping on line. After some on line shopping, I selected Ford Of Londonderrty, both jeff and Bob followed up and found the exact vehicle at another dealersh on line. Upon arriving at the dealership to move forward I was advised that the dealer that had the vehicle now had a buyer for it and was unwilling to transfer it to Ford of Londonderry. At that point I was rather disgusted, but also realized it was not their fault and they offered to go ahead and order another totally new vehicle with everything I wanted and still maintain the same trade in value for my 2018 Ford F-150. In short, I feel that they more than made good on their initial truck trade in and purchase price of a new Ford F-150. I am very satisfied and feel that they treated me very fairly. This is our second Ford Escape purchased here. The staff is excellent. Due to the COVID virus we wanted to get in and out quickly. Jeff, Bob and Rodger had us out in 20 minutes or so. I have been a long time loyal customer to another Ford dealership in the area, but since my sales guy retired my loyalty was no longer there. Emailed back and forth with Jeff and laid it out that we purchase new cars pretty often and we want to deal with the same people and faces. His response was "I want to be your new dealership, I've been here for 18 years so unless I get kicked out of the family I'll be here." SOLD! We were able to finalize everything but a test drive and final trade appraisal before we came in. 30 minutes in and out for that day and picked up the next afternoon. Kevin Lavoie and Roger Tallini were also super helpful and made for the painless experience. It says something when these guys have been there for almost 15 years each. Ford of Londonderry is our new dealership. More

If you are in the market for RV towing they have a good selection. But you as the consumer need to know your stuff about towing an RV. Don't expect any dealership to have an in depth knowledge about RV, or any other type of towing to meet your needs. More
