No , really the stitching; In my brand new Cockpit red interior was coming undone. Also there was another issue with the sound of the stereo. ( there's a lot of rattling ) due to the on board child carseat anchors . Toyota was thoughtful in the offering of them . I received a VERY MINIMAL PDI detail and my front plate assembly was not attached . The ( front and rear are required in OH.) So for two months I've been driving this car with these issues. To the point now ..timing will allow me to seek remedy june 22 . So i call Byers . they say , what's the problem ? I unload the ton of issues .i'm having with this vehicle. ( these are just to set the mark ) anyway , Tara the absolutely greatest associate ever listens to every single word before she would eventually respond with " WE definitely don't want you to be this disappointed or dissatisfied after such an costly investment. So ,you just bring it to ME . ...i'll make sure everything is taken care of to your complete satisfaction. " Don't you worry......." WE GOT YOU ,TIM " More
