Mr. Wilson, Thank you for trusting us with your vehicle. I apologize for the issues you're experiencing with your hood release after your repairs and understand why this would be so frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot cover rusted and seized hood release mechanisms at no charge on a vehicle that is almost 10 years old and has 83,000 miles. I did, however, go above and beyond to cover a $4000 repair on your vehicle at $0 cost to you. If you would like to discuss what happened here further, I would be glad to take your call.
