I've been a customer here for 5 years. Had a 2014 328xi, a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because t a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because the trip computer said it wasnt due. Mind you, 5000 miles ago I paid for a oil change at this dealership to have my prevententive maintenance oil change done. They denied my oil change because the tech has reset scheduled maintenance light on the trip computer. Now Im stuck paying for two oil change ($200 ea)!!!! Nobody tried to apologized or try to fix the mistake. BMW of Bridgewater will never service my BMWs EVER again. More

Great people who really helped me in a tough situation! Alex was so patient, understanding, and really worked to get me at the price and car I wanted. To start off, like most people, I dislike going to dealerships. To me, it is equivalent to going to a dentist (an uncomfortable experience from beginning to end). When I brought my I3 to Bridgewater f dealerships. To me, it is equivalent to going to a dentist (an uncomfortable experience from beginning to end). When I brought my I3 to Bridgewater for a check on tires and alignment, I was expecting the worst, until I spoke with Jeff. Jeff Defonseka, (Service Manager), eased my worries and truly changed my opinion on dealerships. He truly cared about my concerns and calmly explained every single detail. He even took me to the back to show me exactly what was wrong with the car. He makes the dealership great and the experience even greater. Thank you for everything, Jeff. My family thanks you. More

Sales team at bmw bridgewater is amazing. I had a major problem with a 7 series that other dealers could not rectify. Bridgewater took care of it even though it was not their issue to handle. It was to be problem with a 7 series that other dealers could not rectify. Bridgewater took care of it even though it was not their issue to handle. It was to be handled by another dealership but Mark and his sales team and Jeff the service manager took care of me as if I’m family. They facilitated me and got me into a brand new ‘21 x5m. It was a no headache process and within a few days I got into a new car. I can’t thank them enough. Made me a customer for life. More

Fantastic Service! Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and mad Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and made me feel welcome! I explain the reason of my visit to him and my service advisor Monika. Both of them immediately took the lead to solve my problem. They were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. Monika and Jeff gave me an idea what was going on right away but advised the car will need to stay at the dealership for more detail diagnostics. Rohan offered me a loaner car immediately and helped me to remove all of my belongings from my vehicle into the loaner. He was professional and provided an overview of the loaner vehicle. He walked me to my car and wished me a great day. During the time my car was at the BMW of Bridgewater, Monika and Anthony (the shop foreman) kept me updated about the car and repairs that were needed. Anthony advised which parts really needed to be replace and which could wait. I felt comfortable with the service and didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off! Once I pick up my car, it was washed, clean and all ready for me. I couldn't be happier with the service! I recommend BMW of Bridgewater to everyone! Thank you Monika, Rohan,Anthony and Jeff for all of your hard work and dedication! Your knowledge, experience and customer dedication is priceless! More

Complete Rip-Off Service Plan The dealership finance guy sold me an extended service plan for $2300 for my used BMW X5. Only been able to service the car twice in 1 year and replac The dealership finance guy sold me an extended service plan for $2300 for my used BMW X5. Only been able to service the car twice in 1 year and replaced the wipers. The remaining visits when I asked for oil change or brake-pad replacement they refused to do so though I was told it was covered under the extended plan by the finance department when I purchased the vehicle. Even on the last day of the service plan they refused to do anything for the SUV. I met the finance guy and he said well we though you would put more miles. This dealership is running a complete scam service and finance department. BEWARE and stay away! Not going there anymore. More
