I just wanted to put a review out that I’ve gotten multiple cars from this dealership, it’s been the best experience in buying cars I’ve ever had, and I bought a bunch, I will never buy another car fr multiple cars from this dealership, it’s been the best experience in buying cars I’ve ever had, and I bought a bunch, I will never buy another car from anywhere else, but once you buy the car then it goes to the parts and service department which is where you need to be treated right, I’ve dealt with Jeff the manager there who has gone above and beyond and treating my car better than his own or better than I even treat my own cars to get the job done right, I can’t say enough about how I’ve been treated how my car has been treated how they’ve always made it right I’ve never had an issue and the whole department which is ran by Jeff the manager is all the same, they are the greatest people to work with as far as getting your car fixed and being treated number one, this business and service department puts the customer first even before money,Like I said after the sale is the service that counts and I give them a 100 out of 100, and I’m a very picky person, Jeff and his crew have satisfied me more than I’ve ever expected, if anybody has any questions they can write me on this website and I will answer anything you have to say or questions you have, I highly recommend buying a car here and if you didn’t buy it here ,have it serviced at Bmw Bridgewater just ask for the service department or the manager of the service department and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about, More

After having a few bad experiences, I came across BMW of Bridgewater and their Service Manager Jeffrey Defonseka. Jeff is definitely an asset to the Service team given his in-depth knowledge for BMWs, the way he manages his service team/technicians with high efficiency and dedication towards his work and client base. I have always had an amazing experience getting my car serviced at this dealership. Amazing how easy it is to schedule an service with them, and not to forget the car is ready for pickup running like new, on the day that was promised. I would highly recommend working with Jeff and team while getting your car serviced at BMW of Bridgewater!! More

Brought my 2012 328 because of an ongoing check engine light. I've been having ongoing problems with this car that no one seemed to be able to fix. The Service Manager Jeff listened to my story and was su light. I've been having ongoing problems with this car that no one seemed to be able to fix.
