It took 13 days to do a 2-3 day job. I did not appreciate scheduling my vehicle for a job that was not started the day I arrived for my appointment. I will say do not ever, I mean EVER take your vehicles to them because they will tell you it will be ready in 1 week but instead that one week turns into 6 months. It’s better to trash your vehicle than to them because they will tell you it will be ready in 1 week but instead that one week turns into 6 months. It’s better to trash your vehicle than to take it to them. They will also steal your money without any repairs then tell you we still need to repair more things and charge you more. I have paid 19 thousand dollars for my Ford 550 to get repaired and yet the truck still had the same issues, now they are telling me the turbo is leaking and I have to pay another $6000 for that. So please do not waste your time and money with them. More

I prefer to have my Ford serviced at a dealership. I just feel I have a better leg to stand on should something go awry. What I like about this dealership is that I can bring my own parts and fluids a I just feel I have a better leg to stand on should something go awry. What I like about this dealership is that I can bring my own parts and fluids and they will use them (unlike another dealer in my immediate area who will only service vehicles with fluids recommended by Ford). I feel that they've been fair and, so far, all of the repairs have been made to my satisfaction - and I'm very particular. The service advisors are very nice, and once you actually get a direct phone number, the communication is easy. I really like the service director, Jeff. He has taken the time to explain things to me. I don't find that he or anyone else in Service has tried to sell me things that I don't need. Like another commenter, I do wish the updates were more timely. One of the biggest things I'd like to see changed is being able to get a loaner car. My mom is in her 90s and she lives about an hour and a half away. It makes me very nervous to be without a car in case I needed to get to her. More
