Hey, guys!!! My name is Jeff and I've been in the auto industry since January of 2016! I've worked almost every position on the sales side of the dealership from internet sales, all the way up through General Sales Manager and have found that I love the detail oriented job description of the finance manager most. I'm extremely personable and absolutely adore being able to make what can be a frustrating and anxious experience, fun, laid back, and easy to understand. When you cannot find me here at the dealership, it's more than likely that I'm home with my gorgeous wife Lauryn, and my beautiful young daughter Daphne, our dogs Kevin and Daisy, or outside playing golf or hunting and fishing. I'm an extremely competitive and savvy pool player as well. Working with the Sunset team, specifically with Jim Wagstaff, was such a great experience! Dealer experience was easy and negotiations were thorough. The truck came with hail damage that the dealer had fixed quickly. SUNSET FORD has always been my husband Elmer Steffen Jr. ’s First Stop when shopping for a vehicle; actually purchased his Very First Used Car at SUNSET at the age of 16!! The Bronco Sport (Badlands) was pr ’s First Stop when shopping for a vehicle; actually purchased his Very First Used Car at SUNSET at the age of 16!! The Bronco Sport (Badlands) was probably his/our 4th or 5th vehicle purchase there, and our Sons have made vehicle purchases there along with father, Elmer Steffen Sr. Our young Salesman, Josh did a Good Job…being his FIRST New Vehicle Sale😊; but we were quite Disappointed with the Supervisor Sales Associate Josh was going Back and Forth with during Sale; didn’t appreciate his Pushiness, and know for a fact “Better Price Deal” could’ve/SHOULD’VE been Offered considering the LOYALTY my husband and family have Always given SUNSET FORD Dealership there in St. Louis, MO 🙁.
