I rated our overall experience as great because that was the highest level it would allow. If there was another step higher I would have chosen that one. My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 from Carl Burgers Dodge. Gibson, was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted at an incredible price. We had previously looked at a truck at another Dodge dealership and were quoted a price that ended up being higher than the overall cost of our vehicle with a warranty included. Gibson is definitely an exceptional sales consultant and extremely trustworthy. He did all the work and my husband is now enjoying the spoils. The Dodge Ram was for him. Since Gibson made our vehicle buying experience so effortless, we gave him another challenge a week later. To find me a 2013 Dodge Journey, with almost every option available, at an amazing price. Not only did he live up to the challenge, he excelled at it. I got all the options I requested and it was the color I wanted. Once again, the overall cost of my vehicle with a warranty included, was less than another Dodge dealerships quoted price. This time I am enjoying the spoils. I love this car. Not only was our car buying experience great, but the financing manager Wes Kachi, worked wonders to get us financed at a better rate than our bank had previously given us. The financing process was streamlined for our ease and went by quicker than any other car buying we have had before. I highly recommend this dealership. The staff here made us feel at ease and confident about our decision to purchase. We will definitely buy from Gibson and this dealership again. More

I found a 2012 Dodge Durango online, submitted my inquiry and received a call from Gibson about 30 minutes after. Right off the bat, Gibson was a pleasure to talk to. So much, that I agreed to fill out som and received a call from Gibson about 30 minutes after. Right off the bat, Gibson was a pleasure to talk to. So much, that I agreed to fill out some basic information so that he could run my credit. After obtaining my credit report, Gibson was able to qualify me and get me to the monthly payment, term and interest rate that I wanted. No blowing smoke, no attempts to include extra warranties without my knowing... just honest and friendly service! The day I came in to hammer out the deal, I let Gibson know that I would first stop at another dealership as I was curious to see what they could offer. Long story short, the salesman at this dealership gave me a monthly payment twice the amount of what I initially told him I could afford. He went back and forth trying to "earn" my business and I was out of there in no time. I called Gibson to let him know I was on my way and he said that Fernando would help me. Both Fernando and Gibson were able to give me exactly what I requested and even threw on the push button automatic/remote start. Troy assisted in the deal and demonstrated a few things on the truck, was super personable and friendly and he even was able to get the dealership to put some gas in the ride, although they don't normally do that! Bennett handled all the paperwork and also was great to work with! He was honest, up front and more than accomodating! In short, this dealership and the folks that I did business with exceeding my expectations and went above and beyond! The guys at Carl Burger really know how to "EARN" your business! GIBSON, TROY, BENNETT & FERNANDO provided superior customer service and definitely raised the bar! I will definitely be referring people to Carl Burger!!! Thanks a million, guys! More

Let's start this off by saying I have been wanting a Dodge Ram 1500 for about 6 years now. About a month or so ago, I started researching them. I must have looked at about 20 or 30 Rams on-line. I actually looked at the Ram that you sold me 2 or 3 times before I even contacted the dealership about it. My Carl Burgers experience started off when Gibson called me about an e-mail that I had sent the dealership. He made the appointment and let me know that he would not be able to see me, but Eric C. would take great care of me. The very next day Eric C. called me to introduce himself and confirm the appointment. I remember thinking after I got off the phone with him, that these guys are really on the ball. I was actually excited about keeping my appointment. I got there a little early and Eric C. was busy with another customer. he came out, introduced himself, then introduced Mike M. Mike M. took me out to see the truck. He answered all of my questions. Then, we went on the TEST DRIVE! Yeah buddy, I was trying to mask my excitement about driving the truck of my dreams. Mike took me over to meet John M, here is the part that impressed me the most! When Mike M. introduced me to John M., I figured he would leave and go try and sell another car. The impressive part is that he didn't do that at all. He stayed with me until the deal was done. I felt as if he really cared that I get what I was looking for. So many car dealers are all about the numbers. I honestly feel that Carl Burgers is about satisfying the customers. To me, that speaks volumes. John M. made me feel very welcomed. He seemed truly genuine in making sure that I got in the truck that I wanted and that I got a deal that I was satisfied with. Then I went in Chris Salfani's office. He helped me realize that I was going to have to give him my money. All jokes aside, I felt as if I was truly getting the best deal possible. Without question this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only would I recommend your dealership to family and friends, I can't wait to come back and buy another Ram! Great job everybody! I sincerely mean that from the bottom of my heart! More

And right in the middle of talking prices on one car, I laid eyes on an awesome beast of a Jeep Wrangler, and after a quick test drive we were sold. We got a great price and Chris Selfani was great at explainging all of the financial paperwork and warranty options, and we were signed and out the door pretty fast after that! Gibson was very cool and went above and beyond for us, and you all should go visit him at Carl Burger Dodge, we would definitely buy from him again! I also appreciated the kids play room they have, and so did my kids!! More

Had the car taken to their collision center for the repairs, I did not Want to rush or be pushy with them, I wanted them to fix the car right..7 weeks later I get my car back. Still had damage..I was very angry with them, I went back 08/13/2012 to speak with Kyle the GM.. I have to say I was impressed. He took the time to hear what I had to say. He offered a resolution to my satisfaction. I had the option to fix the car or to trade it in. I choose to trade it in and got a great deal. They valued me as a customer and it showed. I want to thank Gibbson The sales men who worked very hard to get me off the lot in time for my appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the product and its features. He was running back and forth on a very hot day Thanks for all you did. Thanks to Michelle in finance she had the paper work ready no hold ups...In all Carl Burger Is a place I would recomend...Thanks Again For all the hard work you all did. I have owned Jeeps for almost my entire driving life. I love them and I have had every model except for compass and patriot (which i don't want). I have had the privelege to buy several cars from Jeff Henderson. Last year Jeff gave me a ring to see how I was doing and I told him how excited I was on the new Black Ops Rubicon's. He has moved over to Carl Burger and I called him and told him what i was looking for, the deal I needed to have to get me in and he was on it. 2 hours later I was driving away. I spent a total of 30 minutes @ the dealer (most of it was transferring stuff from my other jeep to my NEW jeep). I will buy cars from Jeff forever. The finance representative was awesome and efficient. No hidden fees. No BS. Great facility and hands down the best Salesman in the county. He works hard, understands his customers and fosters positive relationship. These are all qualities you can't train.. More

I was searching for the perfect surprise car for my wife for about a month. I tried all different types of dealerships. New, Used, Certified pre-owned all kinds. I would use the internet to gauge the price range and see who was the most interested in helping me. I shot Gibson an e-mail for an internet ad that seemed too good to be true. He called me right away and I could instantly tell how passionate he was about selling cars and how much he wanted to help me. I told him I had a trade in that I wasn't getting valued at the price I needed it to be, and he said he will do everything he can to get a deal done. Before I stopped by to see him I went to car max, which was a terrible experience and they offered me almost half of what Gibson got me for my trade in. I got a great vehicle for my wife at an amazing price. Gibson got me in and out of the dealership in 3 hours with a test drive, a trade in, and Michelle Heddinger got me a better financing offer than I had orginally had. Gibson also helped with the surprise by giving me some balloons to put in the trunk. All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had and even though I am not in the market for another car, I am considering going to purchase another one. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and willing to help. More
