Dave was very personable and informative about the Volkswagen brand. Dave was an excellent sales person and didn't pressure my wife. My wife ultimately purchased another brand and she contacted Dave to inform him of her decision. We were so impressed with David that we decided to go back to him when the lease on my vehicle was expiring. David was busy with a customer, but took the time to introduce us to Jeff Interbitzen and told us that Jeff would take good care of us. Jeff was very friendly and courteous while answering all our questions. I decided to purchase a Jetta and the entire experience was one of the best I have experienced at a car dealership. Very pleasant Dealing with Jeff was a very nice experience. I wanted information about cars I saw online and he took time to explain and send me all the info I need Dealing with Jeff was a very nice experience. I wanted information about cars I saw online and he took time to explain and send me all the info I needed. What I loved most was that he was not pushy in any way, unlike experiences I’ve had in the past with other dealerships. Once I decided which car I wanted he did everything he could to have the papers done so I could come in and finalize everything in just a couple of minutes. The finance gentleman I dealt with was also very pleasant to deal with. I also appreciate how Jeff patiently went over all the details of the car with me. I will definitely be back when I decide to trade this car in. More
