If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had several discussions with Jeff Kazee regarding the purchase of a new car. We agreed on a price, which I confirmed multiple times in writing prior to making the 2+ hour drive to the dealership. Upon arrival, Jeff completely backtracked on our agreement, claiming, “I wasn’t the one who promised that price,” and blamed the sales manager for the terms we had finalized the night before. The new price they presented was $2,500 higher than what was previously agreed upon. This dealership and its staff demonstrated a blatant lack of honesty and integrity, stringing me along and wasting my time and resources. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to steer clear of this place. Their unprofessionalism and deceptive practices speak volumes. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More

Jeff did a fantastic job, very prompt service so much so we bought not one but 4 brand new trucks from him. I drove a ways to get to the dealership. Spoke with Jeff Kazee and enjoyed his approach. Not pushy and overall just treats you like you're a normal human. My transaction started on the phone with Jeff and he was very helpful, you always dread calling a dealership and this was not that experience this time. Found the car I wanted set a time to come in and on my way he realized the car was sold (this dealership goes through alot of cars). He quickly called me and let me know as I was making a 2 hour drive. Some sales people would allow you to drive out and try to sell you something different. They got the car a couple weeks later. We already negotiated a deal that I was happy with and went in and the process was simple and fairly quick if anything we slowed it down looking at other cars. I was a bit hesitant that I would get the deal that we had agreed to due to it being better than a local dealer would do. This wasn't the case and I'll gladly just reach out to them instead of the dealer minutes from me from here on out. Thanks Jeff and Toyota Direct. More
