I feel like it was thrown in at the last minute and I didn't have much time to digest if I should add it or not. I'm a person that likes to plan and think about things, especially when purchasing a vehicle that costs a lot. I believe based on how much I drive, that adding it was a good idea, But I would have preferred time to make that decision. Over all excellent people. Came in for a simple crankshaft sensor. When I picked my car up it smelled of burnt clutch and now rattles in 1st and 5th gear. It’s clear someone was driving my car at this dealership who When I picked my car up it smelled of burnt clutch and now rattles in 1st and 5th gear. It’s clear someone was driving my car at this dealership who didn’t know how to drive manual or was using my car to learn. Will probably require a new clutch now. Additionally, I asked for an appraisal on my car, spoke to sales and never got anything in return. He also referred to children as “life suckers” which is a pretty terrible thing to say to a customer with 4 kids. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More

He always answers all my questions and tells me to call him or drop by the dealership with any questions or concerns. I had mud flaps installed yesterday and Lily Keibler in service was amazing. Both Lily and Jeff were instrumental in getting the mud flaps from the parts department and installed in under one hour. Great customer service. The service and waiting areas were clean. The waiting area was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, snacks, drinks and large screen TVs. More

I have a nice experience buying a truck. Jeff Kazee was very helpful and professional and make the process really enjoyable and smooth. The downside part was: When we picked up the truck, we didn't realize until the next day that the dealership had removed the pack of fabric floor mats from the back seat (we know that they were there when we test drive the truck , same truck we bought) and left only the all weather mats in there (which we had paid for). When I noticed, I went to talk to the manager Kyle Walden and have to technically convince him that the mats were there when we test drive the truck, he initially stated that the truck we bought was not coming with fabric mats from the factory, then when I told him we saw the mats on the truck when we drove it he then said that he will have to check the cameras making me feel like I was doing something wrong like I was trying to still something from him. I don’t know exactly what he saw on the tapes because they never show me the footage but he didn’t have another option then write a Due bill and give me the floor mats not before start having a really nasty attitude and make me feel like he was doing me a favor giving me what it was in the truck initially, instead of me receive an apologize and a resolution I start receiving a nasty attitude from who is supposed to be a "Manager” the bigger authority on the dealership at the time. My two recommendations will be if you are interested in buying a vehicle from them is to do a video or take pictures of what’s included with the vehicle and what is inside the vehicle when you test drive it. Second recommendation will be try not to deal with this “Manager” Kyle Walden that doesn’t know how to deal with this type of situations and worst he doesn’t know how to treat a clients with respect. More
