i was long over due for a newer vehicle and Jeff Kessler was great from start to finish. He used the financial and personal information I had given him as well his knowledge of cars similar to the one I cur was great from start to finish. He had it warm and waiting when I arrived at the dealership, with other options in mind too. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I had some financial restrictions which complicated the things a little, but Jeff found financing for me on a Mercury Montego that I love more and more everyday. I was highly satisfied with his customer service skills and appreciated how "pain-free" he made my car buying experience. Jamie Groth was also incredibly helpful when it came to making sure I got the best deal possible from the banks. She mirrored Jeff's friendly demeanor and professionalism. Both employees thoroughly and simply answered all of my questions. I am a customer that bases most of my loyalty to a company on customer service. Luther Nissan Kia, Jeff, and Jamie both reflected the stellar reputation I have heard about from others, and exceeded all of my expectations as a customer. I am a young individual with several car purchases left in my life and will definitely return to Luther Nissan when the need arises. More

Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His humor and personality made my wife and myself very comfortable. I plan on bringing my niece to him in the near future. When I first went to the dealership, I was really excited because it was going to be my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I am a college student, so my income wasn't very high, and my credit sc because it was going to be my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I am a college student, so my income wasn't very high, and my credit score was decent. With that being said, Jeff, the salesman I worked with was very willing and rigorous with his effort in trying to help me get the car I wanted. It was a success. The purchase went smoothly and the follow ups are going great so far. I didn't receive some documents after my purchase, and so I called to follow up on it with Jeff. Our timing never really worked out, so Jeff had another colleague, Brian, follow up with me on this situation. Brian was very quick with trying to help me obtain my missing documents as fast as he could. He followed up with me in a timely manner and advised me that my documents are being rushed to be sent to me asap. I was very happy with the effort that the Luther Nissan Kia salesmen put in with my purchase. My experience is going great so far with my car as well as the service I get when I go back there to do maintenance such as oil changes etc. :) More

Fabulous! I love this place. This was my second experience at Luther Kia and Jeff Kessler took excellent care of me for a second time. My Kia Rio was totaled in a weather related accident. I knew I wanted another Kia so I called Jeff and within 24 hours he hooked me up. I now am the very proud owner of a Kia Forte. Jeff is the "real deal". He treated me with respect and kindness. The financing was handled by Michael Gittins and he also was awesome as well. Very nice guy.I was in and out of their in no time driving a brand new 2013 Forte. I am in love again. This place knows how to treat people and I will continue to refer my friends to Jeff Kessler and Luther Kia in Inver Grove Heights. More
