Jeff Kessler was my Sales Representative and he was an amazing person from the moment we got to Luther and even before. I filled out my finance application on line Thursday night and Jeff got back with m amazing person from the moment we got to Luther and even before. I filled out my finance application on line Thursday night and Jeff got back with me right away. Jeff was so professional, yet so nice and kind and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Jeff helped me find the perfect car for me and at a price that would be within my budget. I have not had a new car for a long time and everyone at Luther made me feel so welcome and I wasn't nervous at all. My entire experience was amazing and I truly admire all the honesty that was shown to me. They were patient with us and gave us the time we needed to decise what we wnated, kept us wuithin the price range we told them we needed and got us unbelievable rates. I would go back to them again tomorrow if I needed to and would work with Jeff, Michael and Garrett(he sold us our first car)in a heartbeat. I went to the dealership with certain needs/wants. - Ex - payment at a certain place, options such as mounted wheel controls for the radio, and blue tooth in the car. They found me everything I wanted plus some additional features that I love such as a sunroof and it was all in my budget. My salesperson was more concerned with finding me what I needed than making a sale to something I wouldn't have been happy with. I will go back and recommend Luther Nissan Kia to everyone I know. They also made a point of introducing me to someone in the repair shop and setting up my first oil change. Every question I had was answered and I felt extremely comfortable and not pressured. More
