I went to Liberty Subaru in Emmerson NJ on a recommendation looking for a new 2014 Forester. When I arrived, I met with sales manager Dan Cohen who was very professional and friendly. Dan sent m recommendation looking for a new 2014 Forester. When I arrived, I met with sales manager Dan Cohen who was very professional and friendly. Dan sent me to salesman Jeff Miletta to help me find the car I wanted and to explain how leasing worked since I have never leased before. Well, 2 1/2 hours and dozens of questions later, Jeff was still as patient and professional as he was when I had met him earlier. I never felt rushed or as if I was "bothering" him at any time. Jeff was truly interested in getting me the best deal possible and was very personable in the process. After the easy decision to purchase the car, I was sent to Tom Portee to work out the finance numbers. Tom, as with Dan and Jeff, was very helpful and professional. I really want to thank the Liberty Subaru crew for making my car purchase run flawlessly. Thanks guys. More

He knows the models and options inside out and clearly let me know how I could get what I wanted, but not what I didn’t need, to save money. He set up test drives, of both new and used, very quickly to make shopping efficient. Price negotiations were transparent, fair, and the best deal in the tri-state area. His follow-up was complete and when promised. I went to several dealers and Jeff at Liberty was the best of the bunch. More
