I spend most of my time off enjoying the outdoors and spending time at the lake in the summer with my family. Unethical I purchased a 2006 F-150 from Mike Pocci. I seemed like a really nice truck. Less than a week after purchasing the truck I noticed the truck was misfi I purchased a 2006 F-150 from Mike Pocci. I seemed like a really nice truck. Less than a week after purchasing the truck I noticed the truck was misfiring. This is common in this year of the model. It requires for a full tune up. This can be very pricey. After doing my research and looking into my options I found that I had to have a full tune up done. The dealership is obviously aware of this issue with model and year having issues. They never disclosed that this vehicle has never had this service done to it and it was way over due. I am assuming that is why the previous owner traded it in. I find it very had to believe the dealership wasn't aware of issues that were involved in this truck. They didn't hesitate to sell the truck knowing the issues the truck had. In short they sold me a lemon. Like a fool I took it to their service department to have the tune up done. They took me to the cleaners again, I wouldn't recommend buying any vehicle or taking any vehicle there for service. More

The Best I have purchased several new autos and used cars at this dealership and these guys do it right from sales to service . I have even used the body shop I have purchased several new autos and used cars at this dealership and these guys do it right from sales to service . I have even used the body shop on occasion and the quality and workmanship has always been top notch. Service dept always goes out of there way and are extremely courteous and you wont leave unless your completely happy. They do go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I've bought cars from California to florida and never found a dealership that treats customers this way. This dealership has that old school quality and ur treated the way a customer should be all the way from your purchase through the life of your purchase including excellent service I don't know why anyone would purchase an auto anywhere else. This is a family run business and your always treated as family. More

This is by far the worst car buying experience!! I have owned my 2007 GMC Acadia for 4 months and in that 4 months have had to have a brand new transmission, brand new rear differential, new power stearing owned my 2007 GMC Acadia for 4 months and in that 4 months have had to have a brand new transmission, brand new rear differential, new power stearing bracket and pump and I also have a leak through the interior lights in the 3rd row seat as well as by the gas pedal on the driver side floorboard AND a leak in my air conditioning system. When I had the air conditioner recharged, I was told there was already dye in the system so someone knew there was an issue and it wasn't disclosed. I was supposedly allowed to speak with the previous owners prior to purchasing the vehicle and was told they never had a single problem with it. I doubt very highly that it was even the previous owner I spoke with. I was told the car was inspected before I purchased it and they didn't find anything wrong with it. I have a hard time believing that the front end, rear end, power stearing system as well as an air conditioning system and multiple leaks could have been overlooked. I have spoken with Tony and Jeff Odaniel looking for some assistance and or resolution and was told "at least you purchased the warranty." Jeff did offer to allow his service manager to look at the one leak and assured me it is a quick fix. I don't want the quick fix, I want the problem resolved correctly which I don't trust them to be able to do. Please, Please, Please, go elsewhere before you even think of purchasing a vehicle here. Had I not purchased the $1500+ warranty, I would be out over $6000+ in just under 4 months on top of the car payment. More
