Up front I noted that buying a vehicle was a lengthy process on my part and I really preferred not to receive a lot of follow up calls or pressure to buy. Tony noted that would not be a problem because he first would not treat me any different than how he would want treated. Next he wanted my experience to progress/be per my desires. What happened was the O'Daniels team treated me as a friend and valued guest at their dealership. If Tony was on the phone, someone stepped up to say Hi and assisted until he was free.
