Byers Mazda has been the best buying experience i have ever had. My salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. No pressure sales with a great personality. The GM Tim Waddel is one of a kind. I had a very good experience at Byers Mazda! The sales associate Ray Snapp, was very professional and very knowledgeable about the particular car I was looking at. He was also very knowledgeab The sales associate Ray Snapp, was very professional and very knowledgeable about the particular car I was looking at. He was also very knowledgeable about cars in general which was a definate plus for me! I knew he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. Not pushy at all! This is just a side note/observation...It was somewhat disturbing that while I was talking to Ray about the car I was interested in, another sales associate, Liam, basically interruped us and wanted his customer to drive the car that I was talking to Ray about purchasing. I didn't think that was very professional on Liam's part. Ray, on the other hand, handled the situation very professionally. More
