the service repair was good. all my questions were answered and the guy who helped me was nice but did not inform me that the pay system was down and the girl in the front where all my questions were answered and the guy who helped me was nice but did not inform me that the pay system was down and the girl in the front where the cashier was at was beyond rude and i had to sign up for a sunbit pay program and have my credit ran. More

Had 1039 appt for regular maintenance asked them to check infotainment ctr bc of freezing said they would call/txt 1530 came around I had to call was told to pick car up at 1630 bc closed at 1700 got there a infotainment ctr bc of freezing said they would call/txt 1530 came around I had to call was told to pick car up at 1630 bc closed at 1700 got there and was told oil was still being put in. Nothing else was done had asked for wash said it would take til closing which was 30 mins opted out of wash and was still made to wait 30 mins. All this was w an appt. Will not be returning to this dealership for service if I can avoid it. More

I took my Cadillac there. Everything was great until I went to pick up my car. It was not washed. They told me it would be 40 minutes. They told me to call before I came.
