Car is pleasure both aesthetically and mechanically. Even wrote complimentary email to owner about my experience with Samantha and how she went out of her way to make sure it was a positive experience. Guess what? This was my first visit to this dealership and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was greeted very warmly when I inquired at the service kiosk and the service manager was called to meet me right away. Wit have been more pleased. I was greeted very warmly when I inquired at the service kiosk and the service manager was called to meet me right away. Without hesitation Jeff answered my questions and got me set up for the service I needed. He made me very comfortable in the well furnished waiting area and gave me an estimated time frame for my service to be completed. During my wait I was both updated personally and by text including a detailed video of the service being performed on my vehicle! Outstanding and so unexpected! Checking out was a breeze and I was personally escorted to my clean and serviced car. I am beyond grateful to the entire service team. I never knew that having my vehicle serviced could be so pleasurable! More
