Never did I feel like I was being hard sold on products, and both groups simply presented all the available options in an informative manner and let the consumer decide. Jeff my sales guy even did a great job training my wife on her new Outback, since there was no trainer available due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Brandon the finance guy I worked with was amazing too. The prices here are excellent and all the details are clearly outlined early in the process, so there are no surprises. I will absolutely return here for my next Subaru purchase. More

New Crosstrek Purchase Great communication throughout the whole process. It was no haggling and feeling like you are forced into anything. Jeff was great to close the deal since Nealy was in home shelter for her protection. They really followed well with the hygiene during this Covid situation and stayed personable despite needing the social distance. More

First Subaru/ Great Car We had been looking to replace a 2009 car for several years. We knew that Subaru cars had an excellent safety record/reliability as today there are m We had been looking to replace a 2009 car for several years. We knew that Subaru cars had an excellent safety record/reliability as today there are many distracted drivers on the road. We stopped by Grand Subaru and test drove an Outback and Ascent. Mr Schade was very knowledgeable with Subaru's engines, and the advantages of the Outback and Ascent. Jeff included Costco's Auto Program price along with Grand Subaru's price. The proposal was straightforward, no haggling, and listed the accessories included in the price and the accessories we wanted to add with prices. Jeff gave us several coupons that offered savings on the additional accessories we wanted to purchase. He explained the safety technology (EyeSight Assist & Blind-Spot Detector), Starlink's Safety & Security features, went over the airbags in car. Gave us tips how to clean tinted windows, how front windshield & safety technology are connected, and how to drive the car & check oil the first 1,000 miles. He introduced us to their post delivery specialist who helped us enter a number code on the back gate so we could unlock a door if key fob was lost. We will meet with this specialist in the future. We have a well built high tech car with safety features for a good price and financing. We feel Jeff reflects Subaru's quality and reliability. More

Outstanding experience I have worked with many automobile sales associates in the past, but never had such a pleasurable experience when worked with Jeff Schade. Jeff has an outstanding work ethics, responding to email and telephone communications promptly and accurately, and sometimes even in his private time. He went out of his way to make me feel at ease and comfortable, while guiding me throughout the entire process of buying my car. I wish that all people who have direct contact with a client would present at least some of Jeffs's exemplary qualities and skills. I truly recommend any future clients to work with Jeff. More

Respectful, Honest, Professional Experience I could write a long story about how my purchase of a Subaru Forester took place but I am asked to keep it to a minimum. The short story is that I worked with Jeff Schade at GRAND for over a year. He searched high and low for me for that period of time for 'just what I was looking for'. At one point, I had to tell him to close my case since I didn't think I was going to have the funding necessary for a purchase. About a month after I told him to close my case...( one year later ) I came into the funding necessary for a new used Subie. And lo and behold, Jeff reached out to me, (unbeknownst to him of my funding extravaganza...) He sent me yet another email with a beautiful Sage Green ( My favorite color ) used Subie for exactly the price I could afford. So even though I told Jeff to close my case... he respectfully, professionally reached out to me once again. The timing was a match made in heaven. So after about a year of looking and hoping and praying... I am now the proud owner of a Sage Green Forester with a most awesome moon roof. Its a dream come true. Jeff has been completely professional and honest. He was never pushy. He always reached out to me in a respectful and kind manner. I hope to buy a new Subie from him in the future! Go Jeff ! Go GRAND Subaru. And a special thanks to Nealy Anderson for being there the night I went in for a test drive. She was also professional and friendly.
