Jeff is simply the best salesman I have ever encountered; extremely knowledgeable, very low pressure and so very willing to work with the customer. This purchase was especially challenging because of the pandemic, but Jeff made it quick and easy with nearly every step of the process done online. The in-person appointment was fast, and thorough. Great communication throughout the whole process. It was no haggling and Jeff offered me the best price in Chicagoland. Even for my trade-in, got more than I expected! When Covid-19 hit and our purchase was put on hold due to everything shutting down, he stayed in touch to keep us updated on when our car might arrive. When the day finally came and we went to the dealership he and the entire Grand Subaru staff could not have been more helpful and professional. It was certainly unique to be wearing masks during the entire experience but Jeff made it as pleasant as possible, guided us through the process and even spent extra time answering our many questions and going over all all the features of the new vehicle. Only Dealership I Have Ever Bought More Than One Car At This is our 5th Subaru and the only one we have bought at the dealership that a previous one came from. The selection and price is hard to beat and no hidden gimmicks. We leased a 2020 Outback Limited to replace our 2017. The new vehicle is great, but have not been able to put many miles on it yet. We worked with Nealy and Jeff. The deal was exactly as we had worked up by email and phone. The only disappointment is how long we were at the dealership to just complete the paperwork and go over the new vehicle. Most of it was time waiting to get into finance even though we had a 10:00 AM appointment. More

Nealy Anderson was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful without being pushy and too 'salesman-like'. She read her customer almost immediately and sold me a vehicle the way I wanted to buy it. In turn, she connected me with Jeff Schade, who was also very knowledgeable about the Forester and worked with me, at my pace, to effect a good outcome. Using the internet to the extent that I did was something I wasn't convinced at the start was the way to go, but I'll definitely consider it first in the future! And working with Nealy and Jeff was easy, convenient, and definitely made car-buying a smooth transaction. Additionally, everyone I came in contact with at Grand Subaru was accommodating, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was a satisfied customer! More
