I came into the dealership with no past experience with Kia. I was blessed with the help from Misty as my service advisor. I chose to wait while the car was being serviced. Misty keep me updated on every a Kia. I was blessed with the help from Misty as my service advisor. I chose to wait while the car was being serviced. Misty keep me updated on every aspect of the service, including the recall that I had no idea was needed. I’m 57 years old and have taken several vehicles in for service, I can honestly say that I have never felt more informed then I experienced. Misty needs to be recognized as an example for all service advisors to follow. More

Been to the dealer for the same problem 4 times and it still did not get resolved. Technician lied about the work he done. Car is consuming oil and has had 3 oil changes in the last 2 months. Manager trie still did not get resolved. Technician lied about the work he done. Car is consuming oil and has had 3 oil changes in the last 2 months. Manager tried to tell me 3quarts low after 1,000 miles is normal. Still no resolution for this problem. Very unhappy with Regal and the staff, the staff was very unkind and didn’t seem to be concerned. Apologized but never resolved the issue More
