Very happy with Regal Kia vehicle maintenance. Excellent service where the staff knows me. I've been a Regal Kia customer for 7 years and could not imagine dealing with any other dealership. I’ve never had a bad experience at Regal Kia Fromm our friend the owner to the great. Service Department Jeff and especially Jorge who always has my back! 6 hours agoNEW I've had ongoing issues since January with my vehicle and the service department is the worst at communication. They did not fix the issue, and it occurred again in February almost causi with my vehicle and the service department is the worst at communication. They did not fix the issue, and it occurred again in February almost causing an major accident due to the same issue I was assured was fixed. Now they have had my vehicle for weeks, and never call me with status updates. I am told I need to call KIA corporate to have this addressed and escalated. KIA corporate advised more than once they did not hear from them. I have to call and call to find out status, and basically stalk the service department and they tell me they know nothing. Then they try to get me to talk to sales about buying a new KIA from them. Even the service manager does not return messages. I'm in the lowest grade rental car and not something comparable to my hybrid crossover vehicle. I've had so many issues that have not been fixed and the lack of communication and service is inexcusable. Once this issue finally gets resolved I will never deal with them again. More

Rude to me and caused me to leave in tears. Refused to service my car and finish the service they already started. Talked about me with other employees In Front of customers and threatened to call the pol service my car and finish the service they already started. Talked about me with other employees In Front of customers and threatened to call the police on me because I didn’t want to leave. All I wanted them to do is finish the work they started. I have been fighting to get them to find the oil consumption issue with my car for several months now. This employee and Jeff have to be the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with. I was told I couldn’t come back so I’m contacting legal service and the news channel 8. Maybe one day they will learn how to treat Sal’s customers. And realize that people like me are who pays their salary. If I could give ZERO stars I would More
