I have been fighting to get them to find the oil consumption issue with my car for several months now. This employee and Jeff have to be the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with. Been to the dealer for the same problem 4 times and it still did not get resolved. Technician lied about the work he done. Car is consuming oil and has had 3 oil changes in the last 2 months.
