I brought my Mercedes C3 hundred convertible in for a routine maintenance. Everything was done properly and I am happy with the service provided by Mercedes and my service manager Jeff. For my pick up, routine maintenance. Everything was done properly and I am happy with the service provided by Mercedes and my service manager Jeff. For my pick up, I requested a courtesy car pick me up and take me back to the dealer. Apparently Mercedes now uses Lyft to help with these courtesy drives, but I had a horrible experience with my driver. He was late and then he got lost and I stood outside for 20 minutes waiting for him while he drove around in circles then, when I got to his vehicle, it was not up to spec at all. The driver was not even apologetic for causing me to wait so long and did not seem to care at all that I had to wait for him out in 105° weather. So if you’re going to use a third-party for something like that, you better make sure that they are of Mercedes caliber because Lyft certainly is not and it reflects poorly on Mercedes, which is the only reason why I gave Mercedes four stars instead of five. More

Once againn, I was greates by staff as if we had know each other for years. Jenna in service was just outstanding, giving me a loaner car, as she was certain that the car would need to stay the night. each other for years. I was called when it was ready to pick up and I found the car to be cleaner than I left it. So happy to recommend Palm Springs Mercedes Benz to anyone who will listen. More
