I have many years of experience in helping families acquire reliable and safe transportation. Born and raised in upstate NY (I’m a huge Bills fan), I moved to Fort Wayne in 2012 to be close to my wife's grand daughter and both of our extended families. We have 2 very cute dogs, and you may see us walking about in the local parks. I love the dealership, and your service department. I'm not a fan of your financial department. If I say now no past 3 times I don't want to be questioned again. My identity was stolen once and it's ha I'm not a fan of your financial department. If I say now no past 3 times I don't want to be questioned again. My identity was stolen once and it's hard to get things backs. So I'm not a fan of allowing others to get to my credit report. My bank last time and this time has helped me and I'm very grateful of them. I was about to walk out if the finance guy was to ask again and why I was looking upset. More

My salesman, Jeff Ward, was very easy to work with. He kept me informed with videos and any questions I had without being overbearing as some salespeople are. Once I ordered the car, he kept me updated on the acceptance, building, and delivery dates. The day I picked up my car he sat with me in the car showing me many of its features, especially the technology and safety features. Even though it may be a small thing to some people, he cleaned my license plate before putting it on my new car; sometimes it's those little details that make a salesperson stand out! More
