Worst buying experience. I been twice with appointments to get an inspection sticker. No luck. The excuse now is short handed on staff. Over the 7 days still no sticker. Horrible customer experience Upon delivery, car was never brought through the shop. I had low oil level. I had to go buy a quart of oil. Car was also dirty when delivered. Also never received anything for paperwork for loan, agreements. Nothing. Spare keys?. I reached out to my salesperson about my contract/paperwork in text with no reply . Still waiting for a sticker. I paid for the inspection ticker when I got there the inspection was not ready. I had to go to do it for myself. With my own money. Now I am not sure when I will get my money back. This dealership is unprofessional from the general manager (Peter )to the service center being the worse. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here it was an unpleasant experience for me manager (Peter )to the service center being the worse. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here it was an unpleasant experience for me, I will never go back there again, if for some reason you end up using their service center, make sure you get receipts and pictures of your miles on your car when you drop it off, because they’ll use your car for joyrides or whatever they did with mine hundreds of miles later and denied it.
