My experience with Criswell Chevrolet is great! I went to the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. I found a truck that I would the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. I found a truck that I would be interested in and let everyone know that if the stars don't align I will leave and still be happy. Well the stars aligned. Kwame had help from a new salesman, Ryan, while he finished with another customer. Ryan answered my questions or found answers if he wasn't sure! He got me started with the buying process. Mike, the sales manager, came and talked to me and found out what I needed to see to make this happen! He was pleasant, to the point, and listened to me carefully. Jeff, the good guy in finance, didn't give me the reason I was looking for to say no. He worked with me on payments, extended warranties, and interest rates to make it right and I couldn't say no! He did a great job!! Kwame, has been in constant contact with me since I left the dealership. He has helped arrange the service appointment to have after market things applied, he has answered all my questions as they come. And the best thing, he always greeted me with a smile!! I never felt pushed, or rushed. I was clear about what I wanted and they were clear about what they could do. I had a wonderful experience and I recommend not only Criswell but also Kwame and Ryan! I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle I wanted was there and spoke with Kwame. He assured me it was and set up a time for me to come in and test drive a similar vehicle since the one I was interes was there and spoke with Kwame. He assured me it was and set up a time for me to come in and test drive a similar vehicle since the one I was interested in was on the floor. When we got there, he greeted us smiling and got us set up right away for the test drive. He explained the features of the Blazer, but didn't pressure us at all. I had plans to test drive two other vehicles (different manufacturers)...but negotiations went so smoothly, and we came to a great agreement and I decided to go with the Blazer! I really cannot be happier, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had with buying a vehicle. Big thank you to Kwame, Jeff in finance and the Criswell Chevy team. So glad to have my new Blazer and I would not hesitate to recommend Kwame and Criswell Chevy Thurmont to anyone in the market for a new Chevy! More
