Service Tech Kevin Bader (342) was excellent and very helpful. Explained all the details of the job being done on my vehicle also gave me several options that were helpful for the next service. I’m still waiting for a Latch Assembly to come in around Monday or Tuesday so that it can be replaced with is covered under warranty. More
