Honda of Staten Island is hands down the best dealership around! I’ve visited plenty of Honda dealerships for service over the years and I must say Honda of Staten Island delivers an outstanding service exp around! I’ve visited plenty of Honda dealerships for service over the years and I must say Honda of Staten Island delivers an outstanding service experience! The manager Jeff and his staff are extremely professional! Jeff is always friendly and welcoming! I will never go anywhere else. Service is always quick and easy. When I bring my bmw in for service I wait hours if not days to receive my car. When I go to Honda it’s always done within 45 mins! 5 stars across the board! More

I’ve used a few dealerships around the NYC are to service my Honda’s and SI Honda has the best team. I can always get an appointment, and they are always very upfront and fair in their assessments and their my Honda’s and SI Honda has the best team. Durning these very trying times, SI Honda service department not only gave me great service they also walked me thru the whole process before I drop the car off. Irresponsible and unbelievably bad if not criminal behavior of Staten Island Honda management staff. I will never go to that service ever again. I made an appointment for Monday to bring my Honda Ody behavior of Staten Island Honda management staff. I will never go to that service ever again. I made an appointment for Monday to bring my Honda Odyssey in because there was some strange banging coming from the front of my car and I have a warranty . They looked at it and said we have to order some parts, you have to bring your car tomorrow - the next day - which I did. When I brought my car in the next day they told me, OH, it is a big job (two hours job) and they cannot do it the same day and I have to leave the car there and they will call me when ready, so I did. I left the car there and waited that day, and the next, day, and the next day and they never called me. On third day I went there (around 10am) to see what is going on and they said: "ok you car will be fixed today, the next car to be fixed will be yours." Nothing happened. After hours and hours of begging they they finally took my car inside at 3pm. I was so excited and happy thinking my car will finally be fixed but it never happened. After removing my car's front wheels and waiting for about an hour they told me that they ordered the wrong parts. I told them to put the wheels back and I left. After waiting for three days and night my car never got fixed. More

If you buying used please check everything even engines air filter ,cabinet filter and even wiper blades have an experienced mechanic or body man after buying 2017 accord sport special edition I trusted th air filter ,cabinet filter and even wiper blades have an experienced mechanic or body man after buying 2017 accord sport special edition I trusted that they checked everything but guess what I check the air filter completely dirty and very old also cabinet filter The first use of the windshield wipers totaled very bad I had to buy new ones my rear bumper by itself started separating from the sides by itself I don’t know why Before driving the car I had a small crack on my windshield the sales manager and sales person were tough with me until the branch manager interfered and accepted generously to replace it although it was not my fault and one of the guys who was driving it before delivery I’m sure cracked it the service guy who fixed it was so rude to me like I had a problem with him although I don’t know him and never met with him also they put a certified preowned sign on the front of the car but when you go there they say it’s not certified it’s used and for sale as it is OK so please inspect the vehicle very well and have a mechanic with you and the asked me for 1800$ more if I wanted the vehicle to be certified I took the car because the dealership is close to me and I don’t have the energy to shop around but I have to say that the branch manager is a very kind man Mr Randy I forgot I replaced my battery although when the car didn’t start many times and I went to maintenance they said it’s a good battery but the battery kept needing a boost then I decided to buy a new battery because this guy is maintenance Jeff made me worry to go there any more although my car still under warranty Abdalla More

10 yrs of serving my car I brought my 2007 fit Mother's Day 2006. When I bring my car in for oil change they check everything, I took my three friend, my Aunty and brother wif I brought my 2007 fit Mother's Day 2006. When I bring my car in for oil change they check everything, I took my three friend, my Aunty and brother wife ( all females) They are all happy with their purchases. They like the service they received. My Aunty drove two hours to get Staten Island because she like the service. Jeff is like a super hero !! oil change service after reading most of the reviews I decided to see for myself however I was highly disappointed with the service, for one you would think having a s after reading most of the reviews I decided to see for myself however I was highly disappointed with the service, for one you would think having a service contract would mean a satisfactory job a couple of days after the service I checked the oil in my crv and found it needed some not a quart but it needed oil so then I just went along and checked the water cells in the battery and it needed some water . you would think that once in a while they (service manager) would read some of these reviews its obvious they don't seem to care . they had a nice clean shop and talked as if everything would be handled correctly.. my advice go somewhere else but most staten island people are goin for conveyance More
