Car was towed in to Advantage with a flat tire. The pressure valve shot out of tire trying to air tire. Pressure valve was replaced & tire checked. Jeff took good care of me & the car. The salesman Kameron was solid and not pushy. The SM Glen was easy to work with reviewing numbers. The transparency with the numbers and the salesman tactics peek out here. Limited communication. Busy service advisor did not return calls. Other advisors would not call and give vehicle updates for other absent advisors. Parts department could not find a remanugactured part in place of discontinued part. I myself located the part from another dealer for Advantage to complete the partial repair. 2 dash lights now on AFTER repair was made. Steering wheel was put back on crooked. More

Jason was a pleasure! However, I never received a inspection vehicle. So I don't know exactly what was done on my vehicle. Also, vehicle was filthy. Doesn't look like it w However, I never received a inspection vehicle. So I don't know exactly what was done on my vehicle. Also, vehicle was filthy. Doesn't look like it was washed after being serviced. Lastly, there was something going on with the sound system. I was told because my warranty was up, that I would have to pay out of pocket. The same problem happened with the vehicle and was supposedly fixed in November 2023. However, same problem happened and had to pay for some that seems to be an ongoing problem. Jason was helpful and took of some of the cost of the repair but I believe I shouldn't have had to pay for something that was supposed to be previously fixed. More
