My last service experience was the first one that was very odd. I was double charged for a service and had to request a refund. My coupon was not applied. Two fuel service treatments were done that I very odd. I was double charged for a service and had to request a refund. My coupon was not applied. Two fuel service treatments were done that I did not ask for. I was told they were part of the oil change but they cost much more than just an oil change. I had my car in a couple of years ago for a wet floor, they told me they could not find anything. This time they found a clogged drain, when I checked under the hood nothing had been cleaned out around the drains. I was disappointed, I have been a long time customer and lost some of my trust. I felt the billing was padded and sloppy. More
