What happened to Elk Grove Dealership?

It's gone downhill so fast. I've been taking my Toyotas to this dealership's service center (and bought cars here too) for 25 years. They were so good and really cared about their customers. I just took my Toyota in and was told it would take almost three hours. NOPE. Then they said an hour-and-a-half. Okay, I'll do it. Simple, simple thing to get done, especially for a long-time customer of both my husband and me. Anyway, after 2-and-a-half hours, I was told 40 more minutes, which turned into another hour. It wasn't even busy. The waiting area was empty. The place where I pulled in to get checked in, I was the FIRST IN LINE mid-morning!! If it wasn't for the nice gal who checked me in, I'd give it a ZERO for customer service. I have to find a new place to take my Toyotas and buy a new one soon.
Honestly, steer clear of this place. They also try to scare you and up-sell you parts, which they NEVER used to do. What happened to this place? Bad, bad business. (I rarely write reviews but I wanted people to see this before taking their autos there.
