Mat is a genuinely really nice person, both knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with about the car. As part of our deal, the car needed a new windshield promised to be installed at seller's expense. The windshield was installed quickly and perfectly as promised. I was kind of window shopping one day looking for my next SUV online. I submitted contact information on the web site and within 10 minutes received an email from Chris Lykins. We went back and forth a couple times and settled on a price. Chris called me and did a credit application over the phone. I never set foot in the dealership until my X5M arrived. I met with Jemar Dubose to wrap up the lease documents. At that point Ric Koresky introduced himself to me during the extensive vehicle orientation process.
