The BMW Store is the place to buy your car I recently bought a pre-owned certified BMW from the BMW Store and it was a very positive experience. This was especially due to the fact that I ended up working with Mat Swartz. I knew the type of car I wanted and the price range I wanted to be in, so primarily what I needed was an honest, knowledgeable salesperson which is exactly what I got with Mat. He is a car guy who could just talk about cars all day long, so he knows everything you would ever want to know and more about the cars. Beyond that he is unlike the stereotypical car salesman in that he is not pushy, you don't feel like you're being deceived in any way, and he is just a pleasant, positive guy. The whole transaction was easy and pleasant besides the finance manager, who is not the best I've ever dealt with. Beyond that , I was very happy and would definitely recommend Mat and would buy another car from him again. More

I was replacing my car of 11 years and drove several cars that day but BMW was our first stop. The impression we got from the time we entered BMW, met Dean Stathes and drove the 320ix was great! Dean is energetic, knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. Every question was answered as we rode together in the car. (I actually enjoyed Dean riding with us because he was explaining different features as we drove. Very helpful!) Later in his follow-up he continued to give us the information we asked for. I'm very excited about owning my first BMW and I know Dean will be there to answer any questions that might come up. I did contact Jemar Dubose for clarification and he was very helpful and had the answer for me. Great Team! More
