I had the pleasure of having 2 salesman, Luis Hernandez and Alan Mendez. Luis started on Sat and because the process took so long i had to go(due to pain from recent shoulder sx). Went back Sun @ 12p to fi and Alan Mendez. Luis started on Sat and because the process took so long i had to go(due to pain from recent shoulder sx). Went back Sun @ 12p to finalize deal which still took another 2 1/2 hrs. These 2 guys are very conscientious, professional, and personable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a new or used vehicle at sport mazda south. The overall dealership experience was just ok. Still upset about interest rate especially with my credit. The process was just way too long. Once home I discovered the seal around the sunroof was compromised. For fear of leaking i have to return and have the seal replaced on a brand new vehicle.I live 63 miles away and it’s not easy going back and forth on FL turnpike with a lot of construction. So i am disappointed that no one properly inspected the vehicle. This is a dealership issue not a sales issue. Finally, our finance person, Jenifer was very nice and personable and it was a pleasure dealing with her. More
