We were in the market for a new car and were looking for options at a 35-38K range and were looking for most bells and whistles for the buck. She walked us through a Mazda CX 5 and was very prompt to provide every detail and buying option. Technically, we were not even sold over a Mazda(vs any other car), however, the willingness of Jennifer and Juan R. Cruz to help understand what we wanted and work out the best payments for us tilted our decision to invest in the car. We appreciated the willingness and co-operation of Jennifer all through this process. This dealer has done great again! This is our third dealing with them and all experiences have been good. They give a fair price and work hard to make sure you are happy and get the best rate you can f dealing with them and all experiences have been good. They give a fair price and work hard to make sure you are happy and get the best rate you can for your vehicle. The staff is very friendly too. There was a little confusion over which car we were interested in so the wrong car was ready and the one we wanted was already sold, but they quickly made it right and found another one we loved. It literally just came off the truck and needed all of the inspections and prep, but it was done without complaint and as quickly as possible. I don't know who did it in their service department, but thank you to them as well.. We are looking forward to the years ahead in our new Mazda. Thanks again, Sport Mazda! More
