Nick is the best, I will always go to him when I get work done on my car! I work for a company that offers oil changes, but I prefer to go back to sport Mazda as the quality of work is great and I always fee done on my car! I work for a company that offers oil changes, but I prefer to go back to sport Mazda as the quality of work is great and I always feel like a valued customer. It is worth the extra that I spend. The only thing I miss is the free bagged snacks...lol (but I get it) I gave a rating below on a sales consultant who approached me as I waited for my oil change. Very poor sales presentation. Having run commission businesses in times past I wanted to remind her clients need to feel like you are interested in them and how they are doing (especially with the current pandemic), not that you are just rattling off a mandatory speech your manager required you to. Had she asked me a little about myself, I had a vehicle I wanted to test drive. She just turned me off to the idea of it, so I let it go. Nevertheless, I love coming here and will not let that change my thoughts on Sport Mazda and their overall customer experience. When the time comes I will seek out one of your senior sales consultants. Have a great day! :) More
