I would recommend the dealership but , a big but , and I'm talking about the salesperson, she had no informations or whatsoever . I wasn't satisfied, .I'm happy with my New Mazda cx30 but the process was long and painful. The salesperson didn't provide us with any informations, I just had to find out later about multiple issues online. Even when trying to pay my lease , no one explained to me or showed me the new app to pay . When I had my other Mazda 3 I used to pay through chase app. It was easy and convenient . No one told us that I have to pay through M.F.S. I had to find out on my own. Even when calling the dealership, finance department, no answer and I couldn't even leave a message, their voice mail was full. I hope you understand my frustration. And there is a lot more...
