Excellent experience I am extremely pleased with my car purchasing experience. Trent, my salesman, has great communication skills that included listening as a first step. We worked with Jim Coyle, who answered all our questions, including questions we didn't know we had; he provided a patient, well-explained run-down on the Forester; and waited patiently for our decisions. It was business-like, informative, and altogether satisfying. If you want to feel respected and cared about, if you want to feel good about the car AND the experience of buying it, then go to Tucson Subaru and ask for Jim. And as everyone knows, there is that part of the new car transaction where you get passed to the finance manager. This too was a really good experience. Our car was handled by Jennifer Duran who was also patient, informative, and professional. So, two out of two; that doesn't seem like an accident. Maybe this is just a good place to go for a new car.
